Jhalana Leopard Safari
Jhalana Leopard Safari Park, sprawling over 23 square kilometers, houses around 30-35 leopards, with 6-7 of them inhabiting the tourism area. Located in the heart of Jaipur city near the Airport, Jhalana is emerging as a favored destination for leopard sightings in the wild. As the top predator in this habitat, leopards here exhibit confidence, leading to better viewing opportunities. Formerly a reserve forest, Jhalana has always been a natural habitat for leopards and various other wildlife species, including spotted deer, blue bulls, wild boars, and a plethora of resident and migratory birds. The safari at Jhalana commenced in December 2016, offering visitors two safari routes for exploration.
